Helen Keller (June 27, 1880- June 1, 1968) was known all over the world for everything she accomplished despite the fact that she was deaf and blind. She was also the first deafblind person to graduate with a bachelor of arts degree. Keller was a highly regarded American author, and she also played a major role as an activist and lecturer.
